Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Standard order processing time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before dispatch.

2. Shipping Time
International delivery usually takes 10–30 business days, depending on destination country, logistics channel and customs clearance. Shipping time is an estimate and not guaranteed.

3. Customs & Import Tax
All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot pre-pay destination country taxes.

4. Lost / Missing Packages
If tracking shows package lost or missing, please contact us. We will assist you to file an inquiry with logistics provider. Compensation rules follow the carrier’s official regulations.

5. Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address, receiver unavailable or failed customs clearance.
