Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Right to Cancel & Return If you are an EU customer, you enjoy a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive goods, in accordance with EU consumer regulations. For customers outside the EU: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days upon delivery confirmation.
2. Return Requirements - Items must be unused, undamaged, keep original packaging, tags intact - Custom-sized, personalized crystal bracelets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE - Damages caused by improper wearing, collision, scratch, chemical corrosion, artificial breakage are not eligible for return or exchange 
3. Return Shipping Cost Buyer bears return shipping fees unless we send wrong items or defective products on our side. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 4
4. Refund Process Contact our customer service cocostellarshop@gmail.com. to apply for return authorization first. Do NOT return items without prior communication. After we receive and inspect returned goods, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 7–14 business days. The arrival time depends on payment provider processing speed. 5.
5. Defective Items If you receive broken, defective or incorrect goods, please provide clear photos/videos within 48 hours after package delivery. We offer exchange or partial refund solutions.
